Discover the art of sourdough baking in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop led by artisan baker Kristen Puican of Kristen’s Kitchen Sourdough Creations LLC.

In this 2.5-hour interactive class, learn the fundamentals of crafting delicious, healthy sourdough bread from scratch. Kristen will guide participants through each step — from feeding and maintaining a starter to mixing, stretching, folding, and shaping dough — all in an intimate, instructional setting designed for personalized attention.

Enjoy fresh sourdough samples as you learn, chat, and create. Additional loaves will be available for purchase to take home and enjoy.

Each participant will leave with:

• 50 grams of active sourdough starter to continue baking at home
• A step-by-step recipe guide for easy reference
• The dough you create in class, ready to freeze or bake the next day
• Raffles for all participants to win sourdough loafs to take home!

Perfect for beginners and bread enthusiasts alike, this workshop offers everything needed to start a lifelong love of sourdough baking — one loaf at a time.

In addition to sourdough samples to munch on, refreshment & Beverages will be provided but you’re encourage to bring your own favorites.
