REFUND / CREDIT POLICY ON PURCHASE OF PHYSICAL ART

Artfully Dunn Art (Finished Product)

Your 100% satisfaction is our priority.  If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product you received, please reach out to us so we can discuss.  It is our commitment to work with you to reach your complete satisfaction.  

Each item is handcrafted and will have imperfections that are not deemed "damaged". 

The customer must notify Artfully Dunn within 3 business days of receiving the product if the product is damaged. Customer will be required to provide photos of damaged product. 

All sales are final.  Following the assessment and approval of Artfully Dunn, refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the product is damaged in transit to the customer.  Artfully Dunn reserves the right to determine if the product was damaged upon delivery to the customer. 

Returns received without prior authorization will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will not be returned to customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
